Our family tradition dates back to the beginning of the 19th century when the Fares family began to cultivate olives and press oil in Baino, a mountain village in the Akkar region of Lebanon.
Today at Olive Trade we are proud to continue the family tradition of producing quality Extra Virgin and organic olive oil. Our select range also includes a unique line of infused oils, pickled and stuffed olives as well as traditional olive oil soaps.
We are committed to support local farmers with fair trade and implement organic agriculture to protect our land for future generations; our oil flows from the first environmentally sound technology in Lebanon.
