Nahas Publishing House (NPH) was founded in 1979 as an expansion from Khodor Nahas Est., the family business which was started in 1920; Khodor Nahas Est. is the first distributor of Egyptian publications, in Lebanon, Syria and Palestine. It is also the first distributor of Lebanese Publications, within Lebanon and Arabian Gulf Countries, this in addition to foreign publications. Khodor Nahas Est. is a founder member of the Arab Union of Distributors.

Nahas Publishing House further evolved into a publishing house; its publications comprise the following: Fashion, Beauty & Decor Catalogues, never to forget the love novels, the several amusement magazines and the new amazing TV & Movie magazine. All these are prepared and technically produced to compete with the best Arab Publications.
