The late Mrs. Afaf Ghazi founded Ghazi Travel in 1980. Since August 2003, the Agency is run by Mrs.Lina Ghazi. Ghazi Travel is member of the Association of Travel and Tourist Agents in Lebanon (ATTAL) and member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Ghazi Travel was member of the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA). Mrs.Afaf Ghazi was ASTA chapter President for Lebanon and Jordan for 2 consecutive terms, from 1990 to 1994. Mrs. Lina Ghazi was elected ASTA Chapter President for Lebanon from 2005 - 2007. In 2010, she was elected member of the board of SKAL Club Lebanon. The travel agency consists of 2 independent departments, one for issuing air tickets, and the second department is for tours. The Tourism Department is specialized in outgoing tours.
