Château Florentine is a state-of-the-art winery in the Chouf area of Mount Lebanon, founded by the Yaghi family in 2002. Located on the Rouss Hill, overlooking the village of Majdel Maouche, at an altitude of 1,000 meters, the winery has transformed the mountainous terrain with the immaculate terraced vineyards that surround the château. Château Florentine’s six wines – three reds, two whites and a rosé – have already won plaudits from international wine professionals, and will surely go on to establish the Chouf as yet another exciting Lebanese wine region.
