For the Virtual Office Bundle, we provide a prestigious city business address for legal formation and mail/courier reception, a dedicated land line number for Telephone answered by a dedicated live operator on your own name and at your own pace, plus 2 hours per month complementary meeting room access. All this for a very competitive offering at 120$/month.
Regarding your needs for company formation, we provide a hosting contract, valid to use at Beirut Commercial Registrar, Ministry of Finance, NSSF (Daman), Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Interior. The business address for hosting purpose is offered at 360$/year.
As for meeting room access, we lease our at the following rates: 20$ /hour during our working hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) and 30$ /hour otherwise, subject to 50% discount when coupled with the Virtual Office Bundle, thus 10 and 15$ respectively.
The meeting room can accommodate 12 candidates well seated, and up to 20 if needs be, it is equipped with internet, projector, mini PC, PAD, speakers and whiteboard; water, coffee, juice and refreshment are complementary available with croissants and/or cakes; further secretariat support is also available.
In addition, we provide remote secretarial support, where we can handle your day to day administrative work, like typing and printing, and basic office management, like Courier Management, RSVP and Appointment Settings.
